Refund Policy

At Moderno Minimalist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your shopping experience is positive.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Downloadable software products
Custom or personalized items
Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Pack Your Item: Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
Ship Your Return: Ship the item back to us using the address provided in the return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [number of days, typically 5-10 business days]. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
